Columbus East and Columbus North to Host Physical Night for Student-Athletes on April 22 Student-athletes from both Columbus East High School and Columbus North High School will have an opportunity to get ready for the upcoming athletic year with a joint Physical Night scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The event will take place at Columbus North High School from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and is open to all current high school students as well as incoming freshmen planning to participate in athletics during the 2026–2027 school year. Physicals will be available for $40, with payment accepted via cash or check made payable to the CNHS Athletic Department. All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and complete the required Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) physical form. These forms will be valid for the entire 2026–2027 school year. Forms can be picked up in either school’s athletic office, accessed online through the IHSAA website, or completed on-site the evening of the event. Attendees are asked to enter through Door #40 upon arrival. The physical form is also attached to this article. The event is supported by Franciscan Health Sports Medicine, providing a convenient and efficient option for families to ensure their student-athletes are cleared for participation.
