The Olympian gymnastics team lost by .50 points, falling to Owen Valley 94.95 to 94.45. Freshman Bethany Lewis lead the way for the Olympians, winning the all-around with a score of 34.6- Bethany claimed 1st place in the vault(8.9), bars(8.2) and the floor routine(9.35). She also placed third on the beam with a score of 8.15. Shelby Kendrick placed second on the bars (7.55) and fourth on the floor routine with a 8.35, allowing her to capture a tie for third place in the all-around with a score of 31.15. The Olympians will close out the regular season on Monday, February 19th @ Seymour High School and then start tournament action on Friday, February 23rd @ Franklin Central High School to compete in the 2024 IHSAA Sectional.
