43rd Annual Providence Early Bird Invitational Providence High School, 707 Providence Way, Clarksville, IN 47129 – Robert I. Larkin Athletic Center Saturday, September 6, 2025: First matches start at 9:00 AM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME with continuous play until the completion of the tournament. Doors will open at 8:00 AM. ADMISSION: Admission is $8.00 and can be purchased at the gate or digitally at https://public.eventlink.com/tickets?t=87099&p=133357 The Early Bird format will put each team in a three-team pool to start the event. After the completion of the first pool, all teams will be re-pooled into another three-team pool. All first-place teams from the first pool will play in the GOLD division. All second-place teams from the first pool will play in the SILVER Division, and all third-place teams from the first pool will play in the BRONZE division. All teams will have four competitive matches throughout the day! Concession items will be available throughout the day. The balcony in the Larkin Center will be set up for (FOR TEAMS ONLY) to eat and store coolers. This area will have tables and chairs for each team. There is little to no access to power outlets for crock pots or electric warmers. Please bring teams meals that do not need these items. Parents are encouraged to gather outside for meals and in between matches. NO PARENTS are allowed in the balcony areas. Players and coaches only please. PARKING AND ENTRANCE TO THE GYM: Vehicles carrying team personnel should follow the drive leading into Providence and use the front parking lot. Team personnel can be let off at the Larkin Center Main Entrance. Park buses in the front lot, but please NOT in the circle drop-off. General parking is also available in the front parking lot of the school.
